Hi there, I'm a professionally certified and insured Somatic therapist with over 3 years experience. I help people grow in their capacity so they can process intense pain, grief and emotions that are otherwise avoided or suppressed
I guide you to safely navigate and integrate issues like anxiety, depression, trauma-related pain, self-sabotage, and relational conflicts through somatic therapy.
Focusing on the mind-body connection this type of therapy helps you to unlock trauma stored within the body at the cellular level. Together we aim to expand your window of tolerance to allow and be with intense emotions so you can move towards pain and release it.
